Kevin P. Quirk
Executive Director & Treasurer
Kevin Quirk is a highly qualified public company executive and serial entrepreneur with over 25 years general management, brand management, financial management and raising capital in the consumer products (F&B) and home healthcare industries. Kevin is a results-focused and effectual leader with proven ability to lead and turn around companies. Kevin has led multiple companies through successful exits resulting in high returns for all investors.
Joshua Wall
President
Joshua Wall is prior U.S. Army Recon, and a founding member of the Bonefrog Foundation. His detail-oriented mindset provides focus on the precise scope making him an essential team member. With Joshua fulfilling the role of Secretary on this board it enables the group to preform organized execution of all designated avenues at the highest levels of proficiency.
Daniel Smith
Secretary
From the years of 2004-2015 deployed four times to the Middle East, once to Afghanistan and three times to Iraq. General support Team Leader of Sniper Team, call sign Reaper. Senior Instructor at School of Infantry. Trained over three thousand Marines in Infantry combat and tactics and Trained over two hundred Scout Snipers. 5 years of experience in Personal Security focusing on High-Value Individual Protection, TVAs, and Convoy Operations.
Dr. Kenneth Hughes
Chief Science Officer
The research will be led by Dr. Kenneth Hughes Ph.D. Dr. Hughes is a Chemistry and Biochemistry expert as demonstrated by his work as a professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology for these subjects. Dr. Hughes is a business and technical specialist with broad experience translating complex chemical and biological technologies into Industrial, Consumer and Military commercial products, and builds businesses around these products and technologies.

Our Board of Directors comprises distinguished professionals from diverse backgrounds, including military service, business, and scientific research. Their collective expertise and commitment to our mission drive the strategic direction of Behind Thin Lines. With their leadership, we are equipped to advance innovative therapies, support mental health initiatives, and advocate for impactful change.
Jon Cederquist works with EarthRise, a budding nonprofit that offers psychedelic-fueled innovation retreats to propel forward the work of mission-driven leaders. He is the Strategic Accounts Director at San Diego, CA based Clearspeed, a voice analytics technology designed to assess human risk, identify fraud and insider threat. He is focused on serving military, intelligence, and commercial organizations globally. Jon is a retired Navy SEAL with 24 years of service.
Twenty five plus years of executive management and operations within manufacturing and the payments industry, coupled with 10 plus years in venture development, and 10 years in international business and trade development yield senior vision and international connectivity among government leaders, financiers, diplomats, industrialists, and academics. Have worn operating/advisory hats in investor relations, early stage international and domestic growth businesses, business services, biotech, communications, dual track military technology. Have measurably grown multiple businesses across multiple platforms and geographies through a diligent and creative application of business development, strategic alliances, and capital formation.
Bart is a Naval Academy graduate and former Rugby player. He cut his teeth in the military as a Naval Aviator, flying F-14’s and graduating from the US Navy Fighter Weapons School (Topgun). He is the founder of The Stand-Up Veteran Foundation which is a non-profit focusing on Veterans and the water. His passion is supporting the men and women who have served our Constitutional Republic with honor and support them in their integration into the civilian world. An entrepreneur at heart, he is actively involved in philanthropic activities and multiple businesses. When not at Pipes in San Diego working on his bottom and top turns he will be found working deals and business development or blogging @bartscharts. He is married with four amazing children and five grandchildren.
Suzanne styles herself as The Warrior Advisor, which encapsulates her approach to leadership and building high performance teams to accelerate their business outcomes. Suzanne is a proven tri-sector leader with 25-plus years of exemplary experience in the defense, technology, and national security industries. As a combat veteran, Suzanne is part of an elite group of women to rise to the rank of Captain in the U.S. Navy and is a retired Public Affairs Officer. She is also a former U.S. Naval Aviator and SOF advisor where she trained America’s elite combat teams to act optimally in high-pressure, complex, and hostile situations. Suzanne is a practitioner in transformational leadership and serves as a resiliency advisor for global leaders. Suzanne is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Spanish minor and has a master’s degree from the University of San Diego in Global Leadership. She also recently completed the Tuck School of Business Next Step program at Dartmouth.
Matt Gammon is an accomplished business owner with interests in multiple companies, which include the Zeppelin Agency, The Mac Space, Georgia ADU Builder, Atira Lighting Systems, and SMP IT. He was also a football player at Georgia Southern University from 1998 to 1999 and was part of the national championship-winning team in 1999. In 2005, Matt graduated from KSU with degrees in Business Management and Communication, and he also completed a minor in IT.
Matt has also worked towards the development of new helmet technology for football and concussion protocols. He is passionate about helping humanity and strives to make the world a better place.
Michael is a first responder who has been serving as a Firefighter/EMT for over two decades. He is a strong advocate for mental health and is dedicated to finding innovative approaches to address the deep-seated mental health challenges faced by first responders. Michael has personally experienced the transformative benefits of psychedelic medicines and has been helping his peers find their own healing through an ongoing psychedelic medicine group. He is articulate, deeply informed, and has a characteristic blend of passion and subtle humor. Michael offers a unique perspective on the connection between frontline Emergency Medical Service and the profound and personal healing through psychedelic medicines. He is committed to raising awareness about the potential of psychedelic medicine to combat the mental health crisis among our nation’s first responders and veterans.
Ric Jorge is a 29-year veteran of the fire service, serving 24 years with Palm Beach County as a career fireman. After being diagnosed with PTSD in 2008, Ric sought out help from sports and military psychologists to come back and finish the last 10 years of his career whole. He retired from his department in his late fifties to start his own training company, during immersive training based on the book he co-authored “Developing Firefighter Resiliency”. Ric works at a facility in Florida facilitating groups that are dedicated to uniformed personnel (firemen, LEO, veterans) struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues, and he is also a cancer survivor.
A glutton for punishment Ric has been married twice, has 6 kids, and 9 grandkids. He can be found surfing his local break with his wife in South Florida on his days off.
LCDR Mark Keller, U.S. Navy (Ret) is an engineer, entrepreneur, former F-14 Tomcat Radar Intercept Officer (RIO), F/A-18 Weapons Systems Officer (WSO), father of two sons, and a seasoned combat veteran who retired from the United States Navy suffering from PTSD and depression. He had a difficult experience with the VA and like so many others, was medicated into oblivion (Ativan), suffered through self-medication, and addiction, and then was further harmed by an uninformed “cold turkey” cessation. It turns out that the tolerance/dependence induced by years on Ativan set him up for the biggest fight of his life. Having survived all of this, he is now simply grateful to be alive.
